if this is a common ground for visitors to come w/their ATV's, where is the posting of the needed requirements? if it not posted, how does one know? if they don't live in that county, they would never know that the law was passed. if you had to issue 250 warning citations in on season, what does that tell you? you are going to lose your tourist industry.
