Subject: RE: Global Warming Tie In
So I'll do what I can in my own back yard, thankyouverymuch, such as helping with our local food drives and volunteering my time for needy kids right here in my neighborhood.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with spending money on pets. Our two family pets do quite a bit to enrich the life of our child. He enjoys playing with them and learns a lot about responsibility by helping to take care of them.
Adopting a child is a noble thing to do, but I think it's strange to say people shouldn't spend money on pets because children in Africa need help.
