Its interesting that all operators and pedicabs a looked at as the same. There is no standard of things to look at like BRAKES? Some operators are ding a great job on running a business and this operator who refused to get some as important a FRONT BRAKE. Has anyone every looked at the differences or do all operator have to suffer from one operator who has no idea what he is doing?
