Does voodoo economicas ring a bell? Since no one factor is allowed to influence rates more than a certain percentage I'm not sure the cost of implementing some goofy collection system will be economically feasible. How much is someone going to pay/save over/below what they already are......let's see, Mr Poizner you estimated 11,612 on your wife's vehicle; she only did 10,720 on her trips to Nordstroms for the year. Do you want a check or a credit on your new estimated policy for next year? $47.82 Cr?
