It looks like whatever Farmers does, they get nothing but negative comments here...they have their problems like ALL other insurance companies, but they do some good things as well. They are generally the first on site whenever there is a catastrophe (like the recent San Fernando Valley fires) with their cat van, handing out checks on the spot, even serving food to Farmers and non-Farmers insureds alike. And, they had the foresight (or good luck) to not have any mortgage back security investments....
