Only in the construction defect bonanza that both plaintiff and defense bars have wallowed in (until they strangled the golden goose of insurance coverage) can someone buy a product such as a dwelling, use it for 9 and a half years and then sue anyone who touched,designed or walked by the place.
Not much of a wonder why contractors are out of work.
