Kreidler saying he saved consumers 130 million by denying rate increases (which were mostly implemented with changes later) is like my wife telling me we can afford to go to Hawaii because she decided not to buy a new car. By that thinkiong, I'd be rich if we didn't buy a new car every day
The money was never there. .
