This is just more spending we tax you to the limit and then we tell you your have to pay for what you use. Expept when it comes to something the gov wants. Like Buses, Schools Welfare Etc. Why not charge the people who ride buses what it costs. The problem with ca is it has too much money like giving a heroin addict dope. The will just keep fixing until they are dead.
