Unfortunately the message we have sent to most individuals is that FEMA wiol take care of you if you do not carry the proper amount of insurance. We the mortgage companies do not require EQ coverage is just another stupid business decision on their part as well, but now they can get money from Uncle Sam as well along with AIG and the automakers. All you have to do is run your company in the ground and then hold your hand out for the GOV to save you.
