This is a massage parlor. Do you think they really wanted it shut down on the basis of "tax documentation" problems, or even labor code violations? The truth is, the smarter law enforcement agencies are finding it is easier and less expensive to send in a team of bean counters for a day or two to find problems, than to have the police detectives spend months, maybe years even, so they can run a sting operation to catch a few instances of prostitution and a few "Janes" and "Johns". By the way, very interesting (hopefully not more than coincidental) user name you chose.
