Though we all know the Absolute Pollution Exclusion in most ISO policies is meant to be interpreted as it is written (post 1986, etc., barring Sudden and Accidental, yaddah,yaddah,)it really is an exercise in futility when case law trumps reason (or as in some recent instances, even the initiative process and vote of the people).
