WHY DOES IT TAKE 120 DAYS TOO SETTLE A CLAIM THRU ARBITRATION, ALLSTATE VS TRAVELERS INSURANCE. ALLSTATE SAYS IT WAS'NT MY FAULT. THE BODY SHOP SAID ITS NOT MY FAULT. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG? MY DEDUCTABLE COULD BE GETTING INTREST IN MY ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF ALLSTATES. 120 DAYS IS TOTALLY OUT OF LINE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU EDWARD MATTEAU
