Yes, the DOI will become a "voice activated system" along with other government agencies due to the current enviorment. We expect our government to operate lean & mean. Why should the DOI be any different? As a 20+ year indenpendent broker in California, this sucks, but challenges across the board fit into that catagory as well. Let's buckle down & take care of our valued clients & show the powers that be that we're different that other industries. Then let's request the funding that we deserve. I'm very proud to be an independent insurance broker.
