What type of mobile home would need over $200,000 in coverage? These people most likely underinsured their units and now they are getting bailed out. What is this going to do for all of the other carriers out there? I bet they are all looking at their extended replacement cost language and are going to make it iron clad. I know when I get clients that want to underinsure, I send them down to the Farmers agent down the street. He will do anything for a buck.
