i sorry guys, i forgot to recognize you, the distinguished panel. please comment on this: i carried fire insurance to cover my losses, the mobil home park owner didn't. so he had to search for help to cover his mistake. FEMA and the city of LA picked up the tab for the clean-up and he signed a contract to let them proceed. the contract called for complete shut out of residents and it was done in that manner. the debris around my home was removed in about one week and the streets were cleared. i could go directly to my home then, but that hasn't happened and this is the 55 day that i haven't been home. how do you all feel about my constitutional rights?
