well, this is a unfound practice and getting into my personal business. if you can't find anything about me from public records, then you can interfere with my personal/private issues. this just sounds like a lawsuit - how many folks have had their jobs turned down because of the many things found on these websites?

i remember not to long ago, a few teachers were fired because they had a facebook showing them drinking. i can't remember how it turned out, but again, not everyone has access to the internet. you have to really be digging for information on folks like a reporter.

i am glad they currently have ceased the idea, but they need to permanently cease this activity.
