Let's see, 28 private Workers Comp insurers were insolvent so they left the state… the state is billions in the red with some portion of those billions being tied to their workers comp program… Maybe they need to look into their workers comp laws and remove/reduce the fraud that everyone knows is part of the system. I wish our federal government had a law that forced them to balance the budget.
