Right....Let's sell the profitable part of the operation to an insurance carrier, keep the unprofitable part, then when the SCIF loses a couple of billion, go back to the legislature per the law and get the
money required to pay the claims.

The idiot that came up with this idea should be sold to Mexico as a useless white elephant.
