Is this the same "fraud fighter" Jim Little of Employers' Direct who resigned as CEO of Fremont Compensation Insurance Group to "pursue other interests" from Fremont Comp. in June, 1998 two months before Judge Raymond D. And then California's Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi grants Little a Certificate of Authority to start Little's own Insurance Company in 2003.
.
And Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger puts Jim Little back on the California Fraud Assessment Commission?

Just when do you call it: "A general practice of Business", folks?

Go figure?

Something just doesn't smell right in the State of California!
