Funny, why is it that the theory of law which is holding MySpace as not responsible for their user's actions is also not applied to sites like ThePirateBay (currently being sued for their users using the site to transmit torrents of, sometimes, pirated entertainment).
Seems corporations get to have their cake (profits) and to eat it too (no responsibility).
