Yet another unbelievable story getting little press. The mere idea that government services which are to be paid for by taxpayer dollars, should be born by the businesses SCREAMS WRONG!!!!!! Ideas are born in California and move across the country so I hope the opposition fights hard, and gets this story out. When states and municipalities can't afford to provide the services in exchange for the tax dollars they are receiving, CUTS HAVE TO BE MADE....NOT SIMPLY ASKING FOR MORE MONEY IN A DIFFERENT WAY FROM THE SAME PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! Where would it end?

California...it's time to stop the environmental BS and drill for oil off your coast!
