Rosie is absolutely right. The poor and disadvantaged have rights too, and should be provided with safe and efficient transportation. Let's award all of them cars which will stop these costly lawsuits. Oh I forgot, cars use deadly fossil fuel, never mind. OK, let's give them all free homes like the ones in Louisiana so they can stay home and watch TV and not pursue lawsuits. Oh I forgot, those people are suing now too. Let's just have Bush and Cheney drive them around.
