People are killed every year when they fall over drunk. Statistics show that at any given time, .7% of the population is drunk. I think bars hiding behind the lack of regulation requiring seat belts to keep drunks in their chairs is abhorrent. Let's install safety devices at a cost of $50 per bar and stop these unnecessary deaths.
