I have often wondered why buses were not required to have seatbelts, other than oost. Buses are often used in church outings, public transportation, schools, and other organizations. If this ruling stands I believe it will set a presedent for future lawsuits. To equip all the buses with seatbelts would be astronomical expense, but to not equip the buses with seatbelts is risking the safety of all of those who ride buses. Will the subways now be required to have everyone seated with a seatbelt or risk litigation?
