Progressive & carriers with Non ISO Auto Policy Forms

Would like to hear opinions, and thoughts on things that all of you feel are things to watch out for when dealing with these types of Auto Policies?

I been in the industry over 25 years, and if I don't learn at least 10 new things a day, then something is wrong.

Re: Contractor License Question

As a former WC Undewriter with State Fund, we did not allow others to say they were working under somebody else's license. In other words the legal name on file at the CSLB for the party holding the license was the legal name we put on the WC policy.

Re: Android Applications/Insurance Related

Thanks Sethm, but checked the first 18 pages of all the android apps, nothing of value for what I do. Some apps were online magazines, many were for claimants who needed to enter accident issues. Most of them were for Agents/Brokerages where propective customers could enter details to get quotes.

Workers Compensation Combinability for Workers Comp only requires that more than 50% or a majority of the ownership(could be more than one person(s)/entity(entites) or combination of person(s)/entitiy(ies) is common between the 2 en...
