Is Travelers getting off the risk, or are you trying to compete with them?

They are not. The client is looking for a better rate.

It's less than a $2 rate for the GL, maybe a $0.15 rate on the property? Maybe try your preferred carriers (Allied, CNA, etc). I think they are getting a pretty good deal now, though.
