Work Comp for a Live Theater in California

Looking for someone besides State Fund that will write Work Comp for a community theater. The company they are with now is non-renewing. I spoke to another theater that is using Zurich but I have been unable to find anyone at Zurich that says they will do it. Any thoughts?

A "community theater" pays its actors? Is this WC on volunteers? You may wish to consider a group AD&D policy instead for the volunteers.
