What carriers in the market cover nursing homes?

I have a client that has nursing home/rehab center/assisted living facilities in a couple locations in the midatlantic region.
They have their own medical transport services:ALS, BLS, wheelchair, non-emergency (van) transport and their own pharmacy/medical supply.

They are looking for a large deductible policy.

Are there any carriers that do medical risks only?

Zenith Insurance may be an option. A rated mono-line carrier doing business in the mid-atlantic states.
