I have a restaurant that is being non-renewed by its carrier due to a large fire claim they had last year. because of the large claim I cant find a standard carrier that will take them. Any advice? I had it qutoed with Monarch but I would like a few options. I just hope the client is prepared for teh large increase in premium.

Aren't you the one that is supposed to prepare them for the large premium increase?

I might be able to help. Send a submission to
kennethkukral@intlxs.com Would need to know details on the claim including what has been done to prevent future claims and if the damage has all been repaired. Include a restaurant supplemental application and loss runs.
