Anyone know of a market for Residential Care Facility? Great Divide is no longer accepting this line of business and Colony Ins co has a minimum premium of $5000. We need something less

Have you tried the Insurance Journal's Directory of Excess, Surplus & Specialty coverages on the web site? US Risks writes it in Texas, but I'm not sure about costs. <BR>Unity Risk writes it. They are in Walnut Creek. Call Mait Dimmock at 925-942-4020-I think their prices are quite high, though.<BR>Let me know what your experiences are with these brokers.
