HOA Products completed ops

I recently receied a quote from a carrier for an HOA here in CA. They are about 18 k a year less than State Farm. The only thing is that they do not offer product completed ops. We can get this coverage included in and UMB policy. Im just trying to see how products completed ops would relates to an HOA. Thanks.

How can you get the coverage included in the Umbrella if it is not on the primary policy?

ALso, is the Products/Completed Ops coverage actually Excluded, or merely 'Included' in the Gen Agg?
