Email Mkting / Newsletter Software Suggestions?

I run a P & C agency, and am looking for a software package that will allow me to do the following:
1. Drip automatically via email to prospects based on ex dates once or twice per year.
2. Drip automatically to current mono line customers, for cross sell opportunities.
3. Allow me to choose from library of insurance related newsletters to send to my customers 6 times / year.

Anyone out there that can provide feedback on the software you use for this? I have googled and have come up with a short list so far: constant contact, campaigner, agency revolution zip drip.

I have Hawksoft for my CMS, so it would be nice to have a software that will interface with my CMS to update with any new prospect email addresses and ex dates.

ITC has an automated agency marketing system called AgencyBuzz that you can use for drip marketing as well as newsletters. It has a library of royalty-free insurance-related content you can use in your newsletters. We update the library monthly with new articles. AgencyBuzz also has email templates you can choose from. The interface is easy to use, and we’re working on building the integration with Hawksoft, which should be finished in the near future.

Based on the data we get from our agents, AgencyBuzz has helped them improve their close ratios by as much as 25% and their retention rates by as much as 7%.
