No, just you.

Just kidding, the hard market is coming . . . . look for preferred carriers to tighten underwriting and and want your better business.

Humor - I like it!

We were also told only package business for Travelers and any violations could cause revocation of the agency appointment.

Same here in Colorado
Travelers has made it clear that it does not want to be the dumping ground
for all the mono-line homes --
They want the whole Enchilada or nada.
They want the package written at the same time
they won't take a promise to write it down the road
Also existing mono-line home got a 50% increase in price on the $500 deductible.
They give 25% back with the auto/home account credit if you add an auto.

Same thing here in GA. You can write all the auto policies you want--monoline. BUT--no monoline HO policies. When something like this happens in one state, you can bet it's going to be in every state.

With TRV we can do home or auto alone in CA - but we can't do tenant occupied dp3 unless they have personal residence insured with TRV. I suppose that could change at any time...

Not a big issue here yet but we mainly write package anyway. Just throw in a silver renters policy.
