I have a dissatisfied Farmers customer looking for a market for their fleet of 300 golf carts they rent out for special events and golf courses. Any ideas, or is it a waste of time if Farmers is willing to write it?

This is a great place to get online quotes and applications for golf cart insurance:
http://www.insureyourgolfcart.com. They offer comprehensive insurance.

Guess it's going to come down to how much is Farmers charging them for that coverage. Find out the current premium and call a few of your good GA's to see if they think it's worth the trouble. If the price is unbeatable you're going to see how much your client will put up with for the money.

You could look at this as two policies...
1. GL - Would be the more difficult due to the exposure to injury
2. Property - Try the typical equipment rental markets
This way you are dealing with carriers/programs that can offer specialized coverage rather than the difficult line (GL) controlling the placement.
Good luck!
