Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years commercial property and casualty claims experience is required;
• Investigate, research, interview, analyze, interpret and process information and facts relevant to loss events while retaining absolute objectivity and diplomacy;
• Able to communicate professionally at all levels within and outside of our company;
• Manage relationships in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating persistence and problem-solving skills;
• Provides a high level of excellent Customer Service and diplomacy at all times;
• Explores opportunities to add value to the job position by constantly striving to improve yourself and our operations.
