The successful candidate will work towards helping to lead the company’s future growth and success.  Learning and advancement starts with on-the-job activities, supported by positive-minded, insightful leadership and by good performance.  Because underwriting and claims settlement operations are so vitally important and unique to our industry, work will begin in one of those two departments, depending primarily on the successful candidate’s preference.

Requirements

• Cover letter required;
• Degree in Business or Business Management;
• Ability to communicate effectively, politely, and accurately;
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while exercising good investigational, organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Work productively alone, without supervision, as well as with others in a team environment;

• Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
