    WEAKNESSES OF EFULIFE.
     High number of Non produces Agents
     Retention ration is high
     Every one has authority for selecting the new sales agents just like UM, BM, GM can select without ask to top management.

    Of course, “SWOT” analysis is needed, to determine the direction of the organization’s movement.
    But, Strategies are derived from answering the following questions:
    1. How to hunt for “opportunities” through the organizational “strengths”?
    2. How can we reduce the impact of “threats” through the organization’s “strengths”?
    3. How can you increase your “strength” through opportunities?
