The program accepts brush hazards, up to five prior losses, secondary and seasonal homes, homes built back to 1900 and some dangerous animals.
Dollars: Policy limits range from $30,000 - $500,000. Deductibles are available at $500, $1,000 and $2,500. Minimum premium is $100.

Visitors to U.S. - Health Coverage
Nuts & Bolts: Florida-based XN Financial Services announced it will offer health insurance products and services to foreign nationals traveling in the U.S. through RCM&D, an Assurex Partner located in Baltimore, Md. The "Visitors From Abroad" program is reportedly designed to benefit individuals under age 65 and their families coming into the U.S. from another country and staying from one to 12 months. This product is ideal for the person who is concerned that home country medical plans will not properly pay the cost of an unexpected illness or injury incurred in the United States. The coverage is described as providing for unexpected illness and injury incurred after arrival in the U.S. up to $25,000 or $75,000 per condition, depending on the plan option chosen. Normal charges like hospitalization, surgery, doctor visits and prescription drugs are covered at 80 percent up to an out-of-pocket maximum of $10,000, and then paid at rate of 100 percent up to the medical maximum amount. Repatriation of remains and medical evacuation is also provided.
Dollars: Premiums vary on age and policy option. Deductible of $150 is available.

Restaurant Package
Nuts & Bolts: Venture Programs Inc. added a restaurant package through Alea North America Ins. Co. to its Venture Hospitality program. The restaurant package includes property, general liability, liquor liability, automobile, inland marine and crime. Restaurants insured through Venture Hospitality will have access to Venture Program's risk management services, including loss control and claims management specifically designed for the hospitality industry. Currently, Venture Hospitality also includes a workers' comp product designed exclusively for the hospitality industry. In addition to restaurants, target business classes for the workers' comp product include hotels, resort properties and spas. Workers' comp coverage is provided through Alea North America Ins. Co. and the Chubb Group of Ins. Cos.
Dollars: Property liability limits up to $3 million, general liability up to $2 million aggregate, liquor liability up to $1 million, $1 million combined single limit for commercial auto liability and $100,000 physical damage per vehicle. Annual workers' comp premiums as low as $10,000 for smaller restaurants.

Personal Watercraft Program
Nuts & Bolts: INAMAR, the marine marketing and underwriting division of ACE USA, launched a new insurance program designed exclusively for the owners of personal watercraft. The INAMAR PWC program is available to all agencies appointed by ACE for recreational marine insurance. The program is offered currently in 42 states and the District of Colombia and will be available on a national basis in the coming months. The new INAMAR PWC program includes personal property, trailer, towing and overland transit coverage, and medical payments, as well as uninsured boaters coverage equal to the liability limit, and includes the option of covering multiple PWCs under one policy. Other marine programs are available through INAMAR to protect a variety of yachts and boats of all sizes, as well as marine-related businesses such as yacht clubs, marinas and boat dealers.
Dollars: Limits: ACV physical damage; liability limits to $300,000; deductibles $250/$500/$1,000; medical payments $1,000; personal property $500; towing $150; uninsured boater equal to liability limit; trailer coverage included no charge; pollution liability $500,000.
