Lawrenceville New Jersey’s MIIX Group announced today that CFO, Stewart J. Gerson has left the Company, and that “his responsibilities will be assumed immediately by Tom Redman,” the Company’s former CFO.
MIIX, one of the leading writers of medical professional liability insurance, is currently undergoing a major restructuring, which includes the voluntary runoff of several subsidiary companies and the formation of a new physician-supported company in New jersey (See IJ Website May 7, 10 and 14).
Redman, who left The MIIX Group in April after serving for three years as CFO and five years overall, will return to the Company on a consulting basis to provide financial guidance in connection with its new business plan.
