Venture Programs of West Chester, Pa. announced that Alea North America Insurance Company, a unit owned jointly by Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda) Limited and Alea Group Holdings AG, has agreed to become an issuing carrier for its preferred hospitality program.
The preferred hospitality program will be able to offer expanded capacity for workers’ compensation insurance coverage for hotel, restaurant, resort and casino risks.
Venture Programs’ in-house expertise for program administration dates back to 1993 and has evolved into one of the most respected specialty underwriters in the country. The preferred hospitality program has been marketed through agents and brokers to upscale hotel, casino, fine dining and resort establishments since the program’s launch in 1998.
The program’s success is attributed to Venture Programs’ focus on specialty underwriting and risk management strategies such as industry-specific loss control and claims administration.
