Eric W. Neely has been named president of Mt Washington Assurance Corporation, a member of the Plymouth Rock Companies, headquartered in Concord, NH. The company sells auto and homeowner insurance in New Hampshire through independent insurance agencies.
Neely joined Plymouth Rock as a vice president in 2001, managing the company’s expansion into Connecticut and revamping Mt Washington’s underwriting and rating.
“Eric has led the way in redesigning Mt Washington’s products and operating strategy. Its success in 2002 was in no small part due to Eric’s professionalism, hard work, wealth of knowledge and experience in insurance,” stated Hal Belodoff, chairman of Mt Washington and president and CEO of Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation in Boston.
Other Plymouth Rock companies sell personal lines insurance through independent agents in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Jersey.
