Suzette Cyr, of the RL & G Agency Inc., North Franklin, Conn., and a member of the Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut Inc., was named the state winner of the 2004 Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
Cyr now is eligible for the National Society of Certified Insurance Service Representative’s National CSR of the year award, which will be awarded later this year.
“Suzette’s performance and work ethic are above standard,” said Jean B. Odgers, customer service agent, RL & G Agency Inc. “Her relationship with clients and other employees is exemplary.”
The National Outstanding CSR of the Year award recognizes the contributions of customer service representatives within the insurance industry.
“Independent insurance agents, such as Suzette, focus on customer service and satisfaction,” said Jeffrey Parmenter, CPCU, president of PIACT. “As a recipient of this award, she has proven that she has gone beyond her scheduled duties and is an example for the insurance industry and the members of PIACT.”
