The Connecticut Insurance Department released today the annual rankings of accident & health and automobile insurance companies. The rankings contain complaint figures from 2003.
The rankings include insurance companies and groups of insurance companies against whom justified and/or questionable complaints have been recorded. The company with the lowest complaint ratio is ranked number one on both lists.
The rankings reports may be found on the Connecticut Insurance Department web site at: www.ct.gov/cid.
Auto writers with the fewest complaints included Amica, Travelers, American Financial, CNA and Progressive.
