Rackley Solutions has joined with personal lines carrier Kemper Auto and Home (KAH) to launch a real-time connection allowing KAH’s Connecticut agents access to auto rates through SETWrite, Rackley’s new Web-based rating product which allows agents to enter information once into a single web interface and receive real-time rates and related information directly from the KAH site.
SETWrite, a Web application built on the Microsoft .NET framework, is available with real-time carrier partners including Drive Insurance from Progressive, The Hartford, Penn National, Travelers and many others. There are also more than 600 carriers available whose rates currently reside in Rackley products.
The technology in SETWrite enables one-time entry and real-time rates and related information directly from participating carriers, along with manufactured rates from those carriers who have always been included in traditional comparative rating. With its single-entry functionality, data entered to generate a rate is ready for submission as part of the policy writing process.
Additional states including Fla., Ga., Ill., Ky., Md., Minn., N.C., N.H., N.J., Nev., N.Y., Pa., S.C., Tenn., Texas, Va., Vt. and Wis., as well as homeowners and package lines of business, are planned to be released for KAH throughout the coming weeks.
