First Notice Systems, Inc., a claim-reporting firm for the insurance industry, has appointed Mark Leonard to the position of vice president, account management.
Leonard will head the company’s strategic account management team to manage and grow the company’s client base. Additionally, he will be responsible for the corporate strategy for ongoing account relationships.
Prior to joining First Notice in Boston, Leonard spent more than 15 years in consulting, business development, account management and strategic alliance positions with such companies as Fleet Bank, Digitas, the Faneuil Group and Arvato (Bertelsmann).
First Notice Systems’ claims reporting services and software products connect insurance carriers, third-party administrators and healthcare organizations with their customers through a combination of call center outsourcing services and rules-based Web technology.
