ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, been selected to participate in the Massachusetts Brownfields Redevelopment Access to Capital (MassBRAC) program, which encourages the cleanup and redevelopment of brownfields properties.
ACE Environmental Risk, a division of ACE USA, will provide access to its insurance pollution liability protection products and services and access to its specialized teams of environmental and insurance professionals. ACE’s environmental liability offerings include premises pollution liability, contractor’s pollution liability, and remediation cost containment programs. These programs are primarily distributed through the retail brokerage community to the commercial market.
