Great American Insurance Group has a new insurance program that features property and liability coverages for education organizations that its Specialty Human Services Division will market in Pennsylvania exclusively through The Lindsay Insurance Group.
According to the insurer, this program offers specially filed insurance products that broaden the amount of protection currently available to education organizations, including: property, liability, automobiles (including vans and buses), umbrella liability, sexual abuse and molestation, director’s and officer’s liability and professional liability for teachers. Special premium filings and credits are available to assist buyers.
Coupled with these coverages are a number of safety and loss prevention services, handbooks, educational seminars and guidelines to help organizations avoid or minimize losses.
Qualified buyers for these specially filed insurance coverages include “non-profit” or “for profit” entities operating as early childhood education centers, specialized day care for children, Head Start Programs, Montessori Schools, preschool and latchkey programs, private schools, nursery schools, kindergartens, and others. Trade association membership is not required to obtain coverages and benefits.
Lindsay Insurance Group, Inc. is an independent insurance brokerage that specializes in insurance to youth-related organizations and other social service providers, including childcare centers and early education centers, in the Philadelphia area.
Great America’s Special Human Services Division, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, serves 5,000 social service organizations and non-profit agencies in most states.
