New officers who will serve one-year terms are Cecilia Norat, American International Group Inc., chair; Richard Zick, Utica First Insurance Co., first vice chair; Jeffrey Rice, Wayne Cooperative Insurance Co., second vice chair; and Marlene Benton, Fulmont Mutual Insurance Co., treasurer
The following were elected to three-year terms as board members: Benton; Mark Prechtl, Chautauqua Patrons Insurance Co.; Thomas Ruane, Security Mutual Insurance Co.; and Richard Zick, Utica First Insurance Co..
