The Mutual Service Office Inc. (MSO) has made its Businessowners program available in New Hampshire and Vermont.
This marks the first time Glen Rock, New Jersey-based MSO has offered a product in either state.
Designed for main street type businesses, the MSO BOP combines property and liability provisions and conditions in one form. MSO will work with companies to customize the program to meet a company’s marketing and underwriting requirements.
The policy includes separate coverage forms for Residential or Commercial Condominium Associations and Landlords, a Named Perils version which provides named perils coverage on buildings as well as business personal property and Business Income coverage on an Actual Loss Sustained basis which may also be written with dollar limits, or deleted entirely
MSO’s plain language programs save companies money by clearly excluding coverage for claims that were never intended to be paid.
MSO programs are available in Delaware, District of Columbia, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
