Allied World Assurance Co. has named Theana Iordanou as vice president and New York regional branch manager.
Iordanou will be responsible for managing profit and loss for the New York region and will work with the business development team and underwriters to expand distribution and manage relationships with the brokerage community in the New York region.
Prior to joining Allied World, she held a number of senior-level positions in the insurance industry, focusing on executive liability, business development and relationship management both in-house and, for a number of years, as an independent consultant.
